Addition & Interior Remodel

Project Overview

This project combined a thoughtful 200 sq ft addition with extensive interior remodeling to elevate both functionality and design.

The addition expanded a kids’ bedroom and reconfigured the laundry room for better use of space. Two bathrooms and the laundry were remodeled with custom cabinetry, Da Vinci tiles, and All Natural Stone countertops, accented by shiplap details.

In the primary suite, Rama Build remodeled the master bath with Porcelanosa tiles and added a fireplace and custom cabinetry to the bedroom. A striking three-sided floating fireplace was installed on the first floor, surrounded by natural stone and custom woodwork. This home also features shiplap ceilings, fresh paint, and a built-in bookcase-to-desk conversion for added functionality and style.
